Main Screen Month View
The main screen of iCalendar Desktop is clean, quick and efficient. You can easily navigate from month to month by using the menu bar or the calendar navigation pane displayed at the right. Just double click on any event to bring up the event editor (displayed below) to edit any calendar event. Right click on any event to display the event menu, here you can cut, paste, delete, send a copy of an event to MS Outlook®, along with other event operations. Main Screen List View
The main screen also offers a list view that displays all events that can be sorted by any column heading. The list view offers a quick way to perform operations on multiple events at the same time. Select a single event, or click and drag your mouse to select multiple events. Using this method you can export all iCalendar events to MS Outlook. Event Editor
Double clicking on any event from the main screen will display the event editor. Here you can control event properties such as colors, times, locations, web links, graphics, recurrence patterns and more.

Calendar Preferences
The calendar preferences screen allows you to control virtually every aspect of your calendar. From the main screen select EDIT -> Calendar Preferences to access this screen. Then from the left menu select the option group you'd like to access.
Generating Calendar HTML
When ready, just click on the 'Generate HTML' menu button, then publish to your web site using the 'Publish' menu item.
